1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the agentoto platform, website agentoto.vu, mobile app, and all services provided by agentoto ("Services"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the agentoto Services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or continue using the agentoto platform. Continued use following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age

To register and use the agentoto platform, you must be at least 18 years old or older. agentoto takes the protection of minors seriously and denies access to underage individuals without exception. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Agentoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is established that a member registered before reaching the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be voided.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at agentoto. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different information or different devices are used. Violation of this rule may result in all associated accounts being suspended and wins forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Agentoto complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and requires identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport, and may include proof of address. The agentoto KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

3. User Account

3.1 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your agentoto account. This includes keeping your username, password, and login credentials confidential. Agentoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the agentoto support team immediately via live chat, available 24 hours a day.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM5 or an amount equal to the account balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Members will be notified via their registered email before any fee is charged.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Agentoto accepts deposits via multiple methods including FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT). All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Currency

The agentoto platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) as its primary currency. For deposits made in foreign currency or crypto, the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of processing will apply. agentoto is not responsible for any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

4.3 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at agentoto is RM10 for most payment methods. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by members themselves through account settings as part of the responsible gaming tools provided.

5. Withdrawal of Winnings

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Members may request a withdrawal at any time subject to the following conditions: the account has passed KYC verification, the registered bank account or eWallet is in the same name as the agentoto account, and there is no active security investigation on the account.

5.2 Processing Time

Agentoto aims to process all withdrawals within 1–3 hours for eWallet and FPX methods. Manual bank transfers may take up to 6 hours. Withdrawals requested between 8 AM and 10 PM are generally processed faster than those made outside these hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

Agentoto does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or eWallet provider may apply their own charges. For crypto withdrawals, the blockchain network gas fee is the member's responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by agentoto, including welcome bonuses, cashback, and rebates, are subject to the wagering requirements specified in their respective promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any wins generated from those bonuses are eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 One Bonus at a Time

Generally, only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is still active without completing its wagering requirement may result in the original bonus being voided.

6.3 Agentoto's Rights Regarding Bonuses

Agentoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with appropriate notice. Agentoto also reserves the right to decline bonus claims or void bonus winnings if there is evidence of abuse or attempts to exploit promotional offers.

7. Game Rules

All games on agentoto are conducted according to their respective standard rules as set by the relevant game providers. Results displayed in the system after each round are final. In the event of any discrepancy between what is shown on your device and agentoto's server records, the server records shall take precedence.

Agentoto is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, unexpected game outcomes, or errors in betting decisions made by the member.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the agentoto platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scrapers, or any tool that enables automated gameplay or betting
• Any form of fraud, game manipulation, or collusion between players
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of loopholes in the promotions system
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity
• Threats, harassment, or inappropriate conduct towards staff or other players
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt agentoto's security systems

9. Account Closure

9.1 Closure by Member

You may close your agentoto account at any time by contacting the customer support team. All eligible cash balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will not be paid out upon member-requested account closure.

9.2 Closure by Agentoto

Agentoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a security risk. In such cases, agentoto will conduct an investigation and notify the member of the final decision within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Limitation of Liability

Agentoto shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the agentoto Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Agentoto's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Agentoto collects, processes, and stores members' personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy our separate policy. By registering at agentoto, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Privacy Policy.

Agentoto uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and does not sell or share members' personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12. Amendments to Terms

Agentoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant amendments via their registered email or in-app notification at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the agentoto platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
